Project Description

This one story home was completely designed and built by Smart Accessibility.  It has zero steps on the property, and has a variety of universally designed features that make it accessible for all!  The small home features an open concept kitchen, dining and living room.  A sunroom off of the living area partially heats the home, and serves as the front entrance.  A master suite sits on one end of the home, and two guest rooms along with a guest bathroom are on the other end of the home.  A mudroom houses the laundry facilities and leads to the garage, while a utility room hides the furnace, air, tankless water heater, and other utilities.  Hallway space is minimized throughout the home, maximizing usable space. A fire burning stove is centrally located and is the main heat source during winter months.
